Hargrave Free School is one of Roblox’s leading ro-schools, with 250,000 group members on Roblox. We are owned and operated by Celestria Group.

We are currently looking for experienced and talented Builders to join our development team and help bring one of our biggest projects yet to life.

We are currently developing a brand-new, large-scale school campus, designed to be significantly more modern, detailed, and realistic than our current campus.

The campus should feature:

30 rooms
A large central atrium
Sports hall
Classrooms and specialist facilities
Multiple additional areas and facilities

The primary reference for the new campus will be Kingston Academy. Builders should be able to take inspiration from its architecture, layout, and overall aesthetic while adapting the design to fit Hargrave’s own identity.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for builders who:

Have previous development experience in a similar environment
Are flexible and able to adapt to changes in direction, requirements, and feedback
Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider development team
Are reliable, communicative, and able to meet agreed deadlines
Can produce high-quality work to a professional standard

Previous experience in building schools, campuses, universities, or other large-scale environments is strongly preferred.

Payment

Builders will be compensated through USD and/or Robux (R$), depending on the project and scope of work.
