I'm looking for skilled Roblox animators for steady work on my YouTube channel.
I make short story-driven Roblox videos—a kid with a supernatural power and a twist ending—and need animators who can deliver clean animation with sharp pacing. Recent uploads hit 5M, 3M, 3M.

Full shot list: camera, framing, expression and effects per line
Reference direction when needed

Rendering/exporting at 1080x1440 (3:4), 60fps
💰 PAY
$55 USD/video plus performance bonuses. Videos are 30-45 seconds. First commitment is 6-7 videos, about one every other day (3 a week). Once the channel is monetized I hire again at a higher rate and ask this batch first. Video one is a paid trial at the full $55.
If you make something I don't agree with I may ask you to remake it for an extra $25.
