Need Animal Hospital inspired icon thumbnails

I'm looking for a gfx artist who can create an icon three thumbnails for my game. It should be heavily inspired by the Animal Hospital icons and thumbnails.

The icon should have one of my characters in front, with the background being some part of the lab (exactly like the image attached).

The thumbnails should have make-shift scenes in the game (ex: people doing surgery) that have some of the characters in it.

I'm looking for someone who is really dedicated, has experience, and MOST IMPORTANTLY able to do this within a day. I'm very sure that this job is one that can be do within a couple hours.
