3D Animator for Sleep Paralysis Ch 2 (Robux)

Sleep Paralysis is a released cinematic horror game on Roblox. Peaked over 7,000 concurrent players, sustained around 1,000, with a 260,000 member community (Quixal Games). Chapter 2 is in active development with voice acting, original score, and hand-drawn cinematic scenes.

One thing I want to be upfront about: this project is early in development. There may not be much work for a while, but once production ramps up there will be a lot of it, and I am looking for someone to stay with the project across multiple chapters rather than one-off commissions.

Looking for: a 3D animator for Chapter 2. You will need to rig the protagonist and animate his full gameplay set (movement, tool use, reactions), as well as animate the game's main creature and other entities. You will also work on scripted cinematic scenes. Please have experience with both gameplay animation and cinematic animation, and with both humanoid and non-humanoid subjects.

Style: grounded modern horror. Movement should feel weighted and real, not exaggerated. Reference: our current promotional art. Creature animation will be developed alongside the modeler.

Payment: paid in Robux via Quixal Games group payout. Per-task rates: character rig setup in the 10,000 to 25,000 R$ range, individual animation cycles 3,000 to 8,000 R$ depending on complexity, entity animations 5,000 to 15,000 R$, cinematic scenes quoted per scene. Quote your own rate when you apply.

Terms: payment via Group Payout only. No lump-sum-up-front, no work before we agree on scope in writing. Rights to use in the game and marketing transfer with delivery. In-game credit.

Timeline: work begins once the character model is delivered. Multi-chapter production, so I am looking for someone available beyond this chapter if possible.
