The responsibilities for such are:

Create optimized 3D models from concepts and references.
Follow the project’s established visual style.
Communicate progress and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Provide exported files upon completion.

The requirements for such are:

A portfolio or examples of completed work.
Proficiency with Blender or comparable modeling software.
Understanding of optimization for Roblox.
Reliable communication and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to make reasonable revisions when necessary.
Willingness to work with a team when necessary.

Payment is going to be in the form of Robux at R$200,000. Incentives and potential bonuses are possible, dependent on quality of work and speed/efficiency. Payment will be disseminated in a "per task" manner, the amount contingent on the task's importance, up to completion of all duties.
