Metal detector map

Im looking for someone who can build me an entire map for my upcoming game. The maps size should be 400x400 studs and i want it to be midpoly. The map will be needing 3 beaches of different themes, so one yellow beach, one black and one red one. Then the map also should contain 4 houses which all except one need to have an interior (no need to be huge) the houses in question are a blacksmith which needs to have the essential components of a typical blacksmith, a market house for selling items, and a utility shop (sells utilities for metal detecting). Then the house that doesn’t need an interior is just kind of a home, nothing special. I dont believe you need that much experience for this project but i still want it to be somewhat good quality and the interiors will need a specific layout which i will give you in dms.
