Looking for an experienced builder for my Base RNG game

You will be building on the same existing map and making it look different and more polished. There are some parts and models that I will specifically tell you not to change, because changing them could break the system and I would have to redo parts of it.

The main goal is to give the map a bear/jungle theme and make it look more unique and high quality. I found the original map for free, so I want to redesign it enough that it feels like its own map while still keeping the important parts and systems intact.
