Roblox Builder Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Roblox builder to help finish the environment for my game.

Project Overview

At the moment, the only building that is actually part of the gameplay is the one labeled "El Antro." All of the other buildings are currently just placeholders for decoration.

The goal is to create a city inspired by Miami Art Deco architecture from the 1970s–1980s, featuring colorful, exaggerated neon lighting and a luxurious nightlife atmosphere.

I'll provide reference images for everything.

Tasks

Inspired by luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Dior (without copying logos or trademarks).

Decorate the mini city so it feels alive and doesn't look flat or empty.
