Looking for a long-term video editor

I'm starting a social media account that's fully serious. You will be offered a contract with pay by the hour or by video. A lot of details aren't clear right now as I am simply discovering my options right now and a lot of stuff I can't say over a post :p You'll be working alongside a SEO and algorithm manager, and you will have certain expectations. The main requirements will be:

Proven experience with both short and long form social media editing Strong understanding of retention Can edit independently from raw footage without needing constant instructions. Can match an established editing style and maintain consistency across videos. Strong audio editing Good visual editing fundamentals Consistently hitting deadlines Reliable communication Able to take criticism and implement revisions without getting defensive. Consistent availability for a long-term working relationship. Must be comfortable signing a contract/NDA and respecting confidentiality. Must be comfortable with deadlines and revision cycles. Must have their own editing setup/software capable of handling the workload.
