About us

We are Ro-BD, focused on immersive roleplay, military operations, government systems, media, and community events. We are the largest Bangladesh Simulator in the world and one of the largest Ro-Nations on Roblox. Our recent flagship game,

, has been released in beta. We are one of the first nations to have a custom built for our government’s function (link available on request). Our nation is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a creative and active Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence.

What do we need

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who can manage our social platforms, create engaging content, edit videos, and help promote our community across Roblox and external platforms.

You will work closely with group administration, developers, departmental leads to provide the best possible image of our community to the outside world.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our social media accounts
Create short-form and long-form video content
Edit trailers, TikToks, YouTube videos, reels, and promotional clips

Must Have

Creative, be able to create trendy content that is unique and can pull in large views.
Experience in editing and creating short-forms of content for Tiktok, Youtube Shorts and Insta Reels.
Able to regularly post videos [around 3-5 short reels a week]
Active and quickly reachable on Discord.
Able to attend most events to capture as a social media manager.
Respectful and a Team Player

Preferable

Be able to also speak Bangla
Able to produce long-form content and livestreams of significant events.
Have en extensive portfolio of previous communities/social media accounts you have managed that have a successful number of views.

You will recieve a base-pay of around 100 robux per unique short-form reel you post on the three channels if it passes our threshold for views. We will add bonuses to your pay if a reel becomes particularly viral and pulls many views and contributes to our community number.

This will be up for negotiation, we’re happy to increase this if your portfolio is worthy enough for it.
