Looking for Thumbnail Artist

I'm looking for a talented thumbnail artist to create one highly detailed, hand drawn thumbnail for my game. The thumbnail will be based on the Subaru Natsuki climbing stairs meme from Re:zero, but recreated in a Backrooms setting for my game. I'll provide the original reference, screenshots, and a full description of exactly how I want the scene laid out once we're in contact. I’m mainly looking for someone who can capture the reference accurately while making the artwork look polished and detailed enough to work as a game thumbnail.
