Lead Roblox Animator | Ultimate Draft Simulator

Ultimate Draft Simulator is an ambitious multi-sport Roblox experience centered around collectible player cards, competitive gameplay, cinematic presentation, and long-term progression. Our goal is to build one of the highest-quality sports games on Roblox.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Roblox Animator to become one of the founding members of the project and help bring the game's movement and presentation to life.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Animator, you'll work closely with the rest of the development team to create polished, high-quality animations for the game. Responsibilities may include:

Character gameplay animations Pack opening animations UI and menu animations Emotes and celebrations Cinematic sequences Additional animations as development progresses

You'll collaborate with scripters, builders, UI designers, VFX artists, modelers, and GFX artists to ensure every animation feels responsive, polished, and visually impactful.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Has advanced Roblox animation experience Creates smooth, polished, high-quality animations Understands animation principles, timing, and weight Communicates well with a development team Is interested in long-term development

A portfolio or previous Roblox animation work is required.

Hiring Process

I have reviewed 200 applicants across multiple development positions and am carefully selecting a small core team based on technical ability, communication, professionalism, and long-term fit.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a small animation assessment.
