Position: Animator — Siren Head (enemy creature)
Project: Siren Head: — 6-player co-op survival horror on Roblox
Deadline: more details in dm
What you'll be doing
Animating Siren Head on a single fixed, custom rig — not stock R15. Starting with a paid test (a ~3.5s search/scan loop), then a priority list of ~10 animations: locomotion (stalk walk, chase run — bipedal and all-fours), investigate, attack (jumpscare trigger, door breach, grab+kill), and disguise breaks (tree, siren pole). Full spec runs ~20 animations total; you'd get the rest as we go. Everything has to read clearly through fog at 30–50 studs — the silhouette carries the scare, not the joint detail.
Team
Small indie project — Southpoint Interactive. You'd work directly with me (project lead/designer), no pipeline or art director in between. a scripter's on board, they wire your clips into the AI state machine not your concern, just deliver clean, game ready animation.
Skills & time
- Real experience with non-humanoid/creature rigs — the #1 filter. If you've only animated stock R15, this isn't the gig.
- Can make a pose read purely from silhouette.
-blender or Moon Animator, whichever you're faster in.
- Freelance/task-based, not full-time — a few hours a week is realistic. Ongoing work likely if the first couple land well.
What's expected
- Hit the window you quote (3–10 days is typical) — flag early if something slips, don't go dark.
- Author clips clean enough to survive time-scaling — all timings are starting points, they'll get tuned in playtest.
- Take notes and revise, especially early on while we're calibrating tone together.
- Flag scope creep before you start work, not after.
