Looking for UI Designer for Roblox Simulator Team

’m looking for a UI designer for my Roblox game Larp It, a simulator based around fake wealth, status, social media, and “fake it till you make it” progression.

The UI work should be fairly simple, clean, and easy to understand. I don’t need anything overcomplicated. The main requirement is that you understand player retention and player psychology when designing UI.

The UI should make players instantly understand what to do, feel rewarded, and want to keep checking things like their phone, status, rewards, shops, upgrades, and social media apps.

You must be able to work with a team, communicate clearly, and take feedback.
