•    Portfolio required — must show both building AND modeling work, applications without one will not be considered
•    Must be genuinely active — this means real, consistent weekly commitment, not sporadic check-ins
•    Must communicate — respond to messages, give progress updates without being chased, flag issues early instead of going quiet
•    Serious applicants only — we’ve had roles fall through before due to inactivity. If you can’t commit real time to this, please don’t apply
•    Comfortable taking direction and iterating based on feedback
•    Prior experience with incremental/tycoon-style Roblox games is a plus, not required
