Hiring a Project Manager

To be honest, I'm just looking for someone to assist me on manage the dev team. But at the same time, I also need someone who knows what they are doing and has proper knowledge.

• Managing developers' tasks ( on Trello)
• Posting and announcing updates and sneaks
• Control and work with the concept team
• Create and select a testing schedule for testers

• Must know about the anime Bleach
• Must have at least a basic, if not intermediate, knowledge on how Bleach lore works
• Must know the basic studio system, such as cutscenes, like what is needed for them and what need to be custom rigs, etc
• Must be 15+ to be able to apply for this position
• Must have experience and have more than enough time to work with us
• Must be able to prioritize us in certain scenarios
• Must know how a parry-based game works
• Must have a portfolio to showcase your experience

You will be paid in Robux from around 2,000 Robux to 10,000 Robux, with additional revenue. It really depends on how we negotiate with each other. Please keep in mind that we are not paying weekly but only monthly, and we only do Robux payments.
