Looking for Roblox Developer to Script Ryuk Follower

Looking for a Roblox scripter to help me with a Ryuk companion from Death Note.

Just to avoid any confusion, I already have all the animations made by my animator, so I'm not looking for an animator. I only need the scripting done.

What I want is for the Ryuk model to float behind the player and act like a companion. When the player is standing still, Ryuk should play the idle animation. When the player starts moving, Ryuk should smoothly follow behind them while floating and switch to the flying/movement animation. I also want Ryuk's wings to flap while he's flying using the wing-flapping animation that my animator already made.

Requirements:

Again, all animations are already finished and ready to use. I only need someone to script the system and connect the animations that already exist.
