Looking for a Blender Character Modeler (Roblox R15)

I'm looking for someone who can create 4 custom Roblox R15 characters in Blender.

Requirements:

Create the models from scratch based on reference images I'll provide.
Low-poly and optimized for Roblox.
R15 compatible.
Clean topology and organized files.
Deliver .blend and .fbx (or .obj) files.

The 4 characters are:

A muscular brawler
A samurai swordsman
A female combat medic
A shinobi with one missing arm

Each character should match the concept art as closely as possible while staying optimized for Roblox.
