If you want to think of my level, im currently learning how to make advanced gun system, i already did the basic raycasting, im doing fastcast now and learning to use animations too, i'd say im intermediate.

I can cover: UI Design and Wiring: I’ll build clean, user-friendly designs that are easy to understand and fit your expectation, I only did Cartoony style UI, but I can definitely do any other style. Scripting: I'll code and format it in whatever way you need.
