LF stud city map builder who can use blender

Looking for an experienced Roblox Builder to create a map with a structure, scale, and overall format similar to Sell Lemon. The map will follow a very similar layout and contain a comparable amount of builds which is around 7 office building like builds, but with a completely different theme however it will maintain a stud like blocky modern look on the map . Organisation is extremely important for this project, and you must be able to keep your work clean, structured, and easy to work with. Optimisation is also a major requirement, as the map needs to perform well without sacrificing quality. You must be able to use Blender, as some interior assets and design elements may need to be created outside of Studio. Payment will be in USD or the Robux equivalent if that is what you prefer, with higher rates available for builders who can demonstrate a strong portfolio of high-quality work. You MUST send a portfolio containing similar projects or examples of comparable work; applicants who do not provide a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
