🏢 We are currently looking for an experienced Full Stack Roblox Developer to join our team and help build a large-scale corporate simulator called The Corporation.

The Corporation is a realistic corporate roleplay and management simulator inspired by games like The Company but with expanded systems, deeper progression, and long-term gameplay.

Players begin as Employees and work their way through the corporate hierarchy:

Employee → Department Head → Executive → Chief → Senior Executive Vice President → CEO

The game revolves around creating, reviewing, approving, and executing business proposals that impact company performance across multiple branches.

Systems include but are not limited to:

• Proposal Creation & Approval System • Corporate Hierarchy & Promotion System • Department Management • Influence & Experience Systems • Branch Analytics & Performance Tracking • CEO & Executive Leadership Gameplay • Board of Directors Hearings • Banking & Finance Systems • Furniture & Office Customization • Company Tablet UI • Employee Transfers & Promotions • Daily Meetings & Events • Collectible/Limited Item Systems

What we need from you:

• Strong Luau scripting experience • Frontend & Backend development experience • DataStore knowledge • Experience with large multiplayer systems • Good communication and teamwork • Ability to work with an established development team • willing to work with studios who has many multiple developers
