Requirements:

Clean, simple, readable designs
Mostly white/light colored effects
Circular ground auras that rotate/loop smoothly
Symmetrical and optimized for gameplay visibility
Must loop perfectly with NO jittering, twitching, flickering, or broken animation loops
Must scale properly from roughly size 10 to 42 without quality loss or distortion
Effects must function correctly IN-GAME during live playtests, not just inside Studio viewport
Can use ChatGPT made Textures
