Looking for YouTube Thumbnail creator

Hello there! I am interested in creating a new YouTube Roblox development tutorial series to fill the large gap that I’ve seen on YouTube lately for development learning. I would like to have a thumbnail made for the series that I can reuse like the one example below would be the best. I’d also appreciate if you can explain what software was used so I can slot in the different colors and icons as needed. Payment will be over PayPal and I can do 50% upfront.
