Scripter (Long-Term Role)
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Scripter to join our team as Head Developer for a long-term randomizer / Item Asylum-style game.

The game is a chaotic randomizer where players collect and use random similar to an IA.

Items/characters in fast-paced battles.
We want to differentiate ourselves with a strong, well-optimized destruction system as a core feature.

The game will have multiple game modes (including classic short rounds and bigger modes).

We are aiming for a fun, chaotic, meme/reference-heavy experience along with original content.
Minimum Requirement:
Proven experience creating a high-quality, well-optimized destruction system (this is non-negotiable).
What We Need You To Work On:
- Lead development and architecture of the game
- Build and optimize the destruction system
- Create and maintain core systems (Inventory, Combat, Datastore, Anti-Cheat, etc.)
- Optimize the game for performance (especially on mobile)
- Help mentor other developers
Compensation:
Base pay: 120,000 Robux per month
Can go up to 350,000 Robux per month depending on experience, skill, and performance
Long-term partnership with consistent pay
