All I need is a revision of my Prison Life/Therapy style map that I hired another builder to do who couldn't complete the task and did not follow the requirements. It's not a difficult build, just too time consuming for me to do currently.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO TO PROVIDE OF BUILDING STYLE. Please don't reach out without one, I won't respond.
NO DELAYED TURN AROUDN TIMES. Not saying it has to be done in a day but the previous "builder" who I hired from here to make make this map has a few weeks and he couldn't complete it even tho he had this map for over a month.
HAVE TO BE ABLE TO BUILD CLEANLY. I don't want overlapping or Z Fighting, smooth connections and symmetry.
NEEDS OPTIMISATION. For a build this style it shouldn't be crazy unoptimised anyways.
Willing to make changes if necessary (Nothing major like remaking the whole map, just minor details if it's not done to standard or liking.)
If unsure of details/not clear have to be willing to ask rather than improvising unless told to.
