Simha Studios — Hiring VFX Artists for Sword RPG

We’re developing a large open-world sword RPG with 40 villages, multiple regions, dungeons, and enemy zones. We’re looking for VFX artists who can create clean, stylized effects that enhance combat and exploration.

What You Will Create

Sword slashes (light, heavy, charged)
Ability effects (elemental hits, buffs, dashes, impacts)
Enemy attack VFX (bandits, monsters, bosses)
Environmental effects (fog, embers, dust, sparks, wind)
Dungeon effects (runes, traps, magic seals)
Hit effects, block effects, parry flashes

Requirements

Experience with Roblox particle systems, beams, trails, and attachments
Ability to create stylized, readable effects optimized for performance
Clean organization and reusable effect modules
Good communication and consistent updates

Expectations

Progress updates every 2–3 days
Deliver effects in organized folders
Follow reference sheets for each region and ability
Communicate delays early
