**Terms and Conditions ** Here I am derived as Dev and you are derived as Client and other people are derived as Third Party.

Every assets produced by Dev will have full owner Ship to the Client after the payment is done in the preferred method. Dev have no right to sell/distribute the same assets to Third Party until it is majorly modified, Dev can use parts of Client assets to generate new unique assets for Third Party. Client have right to use asset anywhere but no right to sell it anywhere, Client can give Credit to Dev its his/her choice until the mode of payment is % of the game, Client will need to give proper reference to the Dev in the form of video images no text reference will be take if it send without the image or video. Ghosting Scamming or any other form of violation of these terms and condition will be result in report to the authorities.
