Hiring Anime Icon Designer

Looking for an icon designer who understands how to suit and fit icons inside an anime theme game. Got the reference attached. Need over 40 icons and possibly some graphics, paying $3 to $5 per, depending on how fast you're able to deliver the icons and how well it is designed. Mostly anime-style icons like Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, etc. Deadline is 2 days PER ICON, payment is per task only, but minimum $9 to $15.
