Hello, I'm Nick and I'm a builder!

I have worked on some Projects in the past Year though i decided to work on my own instead. Now however, I am looking to work on a Project for one time. Which means that I won't be a Permanent Dev, only for one project and when i'm done, you may pay me and i shall leave. I'm also not looking something that will take too long. Something that will be interesting and nice!

I'm mostly good on making office-type buildings, either fun or strict type. I have also made a restaurant game, so I suppose i'm also good at that.

Payment will only be with Robux, but even though I would highly recommend to have Roblox Plus, even without it, it wont be a big problem. Lastly, I dont ask for high payment, just something that will reflect my Work.

(I also look forward into participating in Developing Projects to fill up my Portofolio)
