Looking for High Quality TD Game Thumbnail Designer

Hello, I am a small dev currently working on a relatively new game called Anomaly Tower Defense. I am in need of a graphical artist who's skilled in rendering on blender and photo editing to make a high CTR and high Quality thumbnail for the game. The work isn't really extreme, I just need one thumbnail that looks similar to the AI generated image I have attached to this, and I also will be providing you with all the necessary resources(such as character models) to make the work easier.
