We are currently looking for developers to join the Extreme Collective studio:
Owner / VFX / Creative Lead — 35% (spot taken ofc) Main Scripter — 25% — 3 years of experience and prior game development Builder — 13% — 1 year of experience Animator — 10% — 1 year of experience 2D Artist / UI Artist — 9% — 1 year of experience Sound Designer — 8% — 1 year of experience
It’s probably a lil unethical to share percentages, but it’s fine. I don’t plan to hide these specific numbers. 😅
Main scripter will be payed 30$ USD weekly until the game starts generating revenue. Builder will be payed 15$ USD weekly until the game starts generating revenue.
About Me
I’m the founder of Extreme Collective. I’m currently new to Roblox VFX, around 2 weeks in, but I’m learning fast and improving as I go. That said, I’m not new to development overall. I have experience with other languages like Python and understand how systems, workflows, and game logic come together. I’m serious about this project and don’t plan on a slow or unfocused release and most important I can visual gameplay loops and what makes a game fun because Ive been playing them for 20 years.
Role Responsibilities
Main Scripter
Handles the core systems of the game, including combat, hitboxes, damage, abilities, aura systems, the rolling system, menus, UI functionality, party systems, and overall game logic. The Main Scripter will also be responsible for creating a physics-based destructible map system similar to JJK-style Roblox games, including destruction logic, impact reactions, debris behavior, and making sure the destruction system works smoothly with combat.
Builder
Creates the destructible maps, safe zones, and overall environment. Handles layout, terrain, and lighting to match the game’s style.
Animator
Creates animations for abilities, combat, and movement. Works alongside VFX to make sure abilities feel smooth and impactful.
2D Artist / UI Artist
Creates the game’s actual 2D artwork and visual assets that will be used inside the UI, menus, and game systems. This includes ability icons, aura icons, rarity visuals, aura rolling screen artwork, main menu art, shop/gamepass graphics, thumbnails if needed, and other 2D assets that help define the game’s overall style. This role is not just a UI layout designer.
Sound Designer
Creates and implements sound effects for abilities, auras, impacts, and ambient audio. Helps enhance the overall feel of combat and gameplay.
Contract Overview
Must be 18 years of age or older. Contract duration is 1 year from signing. While the contract duration is 1 year, the goal is to build a long-term team that continues beyond the initial contract. Developers may work on a maximum of 1 external projects outside of Extreme Collective. All members must provide proof of age, address, and full legal name for contract verification. This will be mutual between you and myself. Full contract details will be provided prior to signing.
