VA work for characters, no you don't need talent

No im not looking for perfection however im looking for 2 people who will voice the following characters.

-Plier or "Neutralplier": Neutralplier: Neutralplier is a humanoid creature who is unable to feel any emotion. His signature catchphrase is “Im pretty neutral to the situation”. Almost never changing facial expression. In lore his willingness to do anything has lead to most of them being put into willful slavery that they are neutral to in being forcibly enslaved by a yellow race known as the "Jannys". However in this case "Plier" #4325 will be a active participant for the main character to guide him along for this promotional shot. Again his voice is meant to be funny. Its not to be COMPLETELY void of life.. Most of his statements should sound like he has something in his mouth or asking a question. He never shows asserativeness. Of course I am not a voice actor and any direction you feel is best will take priory over my suggestions. -The Bandaged Feral: Ferals are atomically consisting of a humanoid body, and just standing a small amount taller than the average person on average. They are special in that there Amygdala parts of their brain are missing 50% mass. They are completely unselfish in nature. Often taking a liberal/progressive ideology in almost anything and putting others ahead of their own needs. However there amygdala has a mass INCREASE, meaning when you tick them off they will often resort to violence to get what they want, Typically a Feraljak in how much they care about others goes like this 1) The oppressed regardless of deservingness of their oppression status 2) Themselves 3) The player /people in power. However the main Character in this while being a Feral suffers from a brain injury which snapped him out of it. Hes calm and collective most of the time. Being the "Hero"/Main guy in promotional material for the game.
