Job Title: Video Editor – Roblox Shorts (TikTok & YouTube Shorts)

Position Overview We are hiring a video editor to create short-form content (TikTok and YouTube Shorts) based on Emergency Response: Liberty County (Roblox). These videos will function as advertisements for a custom private server and must be immediately engaging, visually sharp, and tailored to a 13–18 audience.

Core Responsibilities • Edit vertical videos (9:16 format) optimized for TikTok and YouTube Shorts • Create strong hooks within the first 1–2 seconds to stop scrolling • Use fast pacing, clean cuts, captions, sound effects, and music to maintain attention • Turn raw gameplay into short, compelling clips (typically 7–30 seconds) • Follow current short-form trends while keeping content relevant to ERLC roleplay • Deliver videos consistently and on time

Content Expectations • High-energy, attention-focused edits (no slow intros or filler) • Clear, readable captions and strong visual emphasis on key moments • Edits that highlight action, realism, or unique server features • Content that feels native to TikTok/Shorts (not repurposed long-form clips)

Qualifications • Experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Shorts required) • Familiarity with Roblox; ERLC knowledge preferred • Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar • Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Compensation Paid per video, based on: • Complexity (effects, captions, transitions, sound design) • Length (typically 7–30 seconds) • Time Required to produce the video • Overall Quality (how polished, engaging, and effective the video is)

Higher-performing, more engaging edits will be paid at a higher rate.
