We are looking for a skilled viewmodel animator to join our team long-term and help bring a polished, high-quality feel to our FPS project.
The game is a semi-realistic tactical shooter inspired by fast-paced games like Arsenal, with a focus on smooth, responsive, and visually engaging weapon animations. You will be responsible for creating and refining animations across three weapon categories: primaries (automatic weapons and snipers), secondaries (pistols and sidearms), and melee weapons. Each weapon will include 4 animations (idle, reload, inspect, and fire)
We are a small but dedicated team currently consisting of two developers (programming and SFX), and we are aiming for a release within the next few months. Several animations are already in place, but we are looking for someone who can elevate the overall quality and help define a unique visual identity for the game through creative and satisfying animation work.
This is a long-term, part-time role, with an expected commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per week (flexible depending on workload and availability). Consistency and reliability are important as we move toward release.
We are especially interested in animators who can create smooth, responsive, and distinctive animations that enhance gameplay feel and help set the game apart from others in the genre.
Examples of current animations and the game’s UI are provided below for reference.
